HOW TO APPLY FOR THE SARB SCHOLARSHIP
Download and complete the SARB Art Scholarship Application Form (.pdf)
Submit clear copies of the following supporting documentation along with your completed application form (the submission of these documents is compulsory – if any items are missing, your application be disregarded):
- ID document (certified copy)
- Academic transcripts for the 2024 academic year
- 6 to 8 images of artworks you produced in 2023
- An artist statement (must include: a short introduction about yourself, your artwork, why you require financial support and why you deserve to be awarded the bursary) (maximum 300 words)
Applications must be submitted electronically via email to: SARB-ART@resbank.co.za
(Insert the words “SARB Art Scholarship – Your Full Name” in the email subject line).
