Email: humanresources@sng.za.comSizweNtsalubaGobodo is African firm was launched in 2011 when two auditing firms, SizweNtsaluba VSP and Gobodo Incorporated merged. SizweNtsaluba VSP was founded back in 1985 as a business consultancy and advisory firm while Gobodo Incorporated was established in 1996 as a group of black chartered accountants under the administration of Nonkululeko Gobodo, the first black African female chartered accountant in South Africa.

SizweNtsalubaGobodo delivers business solutions through audit, advisory and forensic services. The company has twelve offices around the country, with presence in all nine provinces.

The firm has also received various awards such as Top Gender Empowered Company: Financial Award at 2014 Top Women Awards, Best Established Black Business Award by BBQ Awards, Sustainable firm of the year at 2013 International Accounting Bulletin Awards, Top Empowered Company and Corporate Leadership Award at 2013 Oliver Empowerment Awards and ABASA recognition for highest number of black chartered accountants.

SizweNtsalubaGobodo helps disadvantaged young people who aspire of becoming a chartered accountant to have an opportunity to make a difference. The firm actively addresses the issue of the equity gap within the industry and the country as a whole by supporting black chartered accountants.

The bursary programme covers tuition, accommodation and books expenses as well as mentoring and coaching. Successful applicants will thereafter receive a training contract from the company which may include employment upon graduation. Benefits such as support for CA qualifying exams preparation, paid vacation work, promotion and competitive salary, business travel opportunities, professional portfolio development and international exchange programme through the firm’s global network may also be provided.

  • High school students, Grade 11 & 12
  • 60% and above pass rate in Mathematics and English
  • Students who intend to become a CA(SA)
  • Students who need financial support
