In this article, we(Courses24) will be providing a step-by-step guide on how to apply to UCT Online. Applications opened on 3 April. The closing date for applications for undergraduate study at UCT in 2025 was 31 July and will be extended to midnight SAST on Friday, 4 August.
Below are are the steps to apply online:
Visit the UCT website: Start by visiting the official UCT website to access the online application portal.
Complete the application form: Fill out the online application form, providing accurate and up-to-date information about your details, academic history, and program of interest.
Apply: Once the application is submitted, it cannot be changed online. Changes can only be made by contacting the Admissions Office via email.
Pay the application fee: An application fee must be paid for every application unless you’re a UCT student, graduate, or applying for the Semester Study Abroad (SSA) program. The fee varies depending on your location and the program you’re applying to.
Submit supporting documents: If you completed some or all of your undergraduate degree at another institution, you will need to provide your non-UCT transcript.
