University of Johannesburg UJ Refunds Requirements

REFUND REQUIREMENTS
Completed refund forms can be e-mailed to: studentaccounts@uj.ac.za
Refund forms must be completed and accompanied by the supporting documents NO Refund application will be approved with out ALL these documents.
 Copy of Student’s ID & Account Holders ID.
 Proof of Banking details (a bank statement, cancelled cheque or bank details certified by a bank official)
 Copy of Proof of bank payments, reflecting on the student’s statement for 2014 & 2015 or as per requested. (bank deposit slips or internet banking payment confirmations)
 In case of tuition fees paid by bursary or a sponsor, a letter from the bursar or sponsor will be required confirming that the credit can be paid to the student.
 In case of subject cancellation, the student must provide a letter from the bursar or sponsor confirming that the student may or may not receive the credit.
 If the appropriate documentation is not included, your application will be deemed INVALID.
 The refund process takes 14 working days.
NO CHEQUES WILL BE ISSUED
